이번에 추가로 발간하는 『비교민법총서』4권 ｢유럽민사법의 공통기준안－비계약편｣에서는 DCFR 제1장~제4장에 대한 번역 및 이에 대한 연구를 담아 2012년에 출간한 비교민법총서 1권 ｢유럽민사법의 공통기준안－총칙·계약편｣에 이어 DCFR 제5장~제10장에 해당하는“비계약편”에 관한 내용을 수록하였습니다. 앞으로도 법무부는 『법무부 민법총서』의 발간을 통해 국민들의 민사법에 대한 이해를 높이고, 한국 법학의 발전에 기여할 것을 약속합니다. 학계와 국민 여러분들의 많은 관심과 지원을 기대합니다.
